While my overall experience at Phoenix 1 Hotel & Apartments was positive, there was one minor issue that I encountered.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay! the staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, including a hair dryer and TV with good channels. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the fact that they had complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby all day. the location was perfect - walking distance from the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

There were a few small issues that detracted from our otherwise great experience. the air conditioning in our room was a bit finicky and took some time to cool down the room.
